This Belt Washer is constructed of stainless steel and comes complete with two (2) water manifolds and two (2) air manifolds. The nozzles are stainless steel and are designed offset and staggered to give the belt complete coverage. The water manifolds oppose each other. The air manifolds are applied to the topside of the belt to assist in drip-drying the belt. Portable pump water option available
This Belt Washer is constructed of stainless steel and comes complete with one (1) pressure wash chamber, a rinse chamber, an air knife blow drying system and an integral water storage tank. The pressure wash chamber includes a pump, stainless steel manifolds with spray nozzles, wire mesh filters, a solenoid actuated fill line with high and low level sensors and overload protection.
The rinse chamber includes a stainless steel manifold with spray nozzles and is pitched to drain during operation. The removable stainless steel cover is held in place with lock down clamps for easy access. This washer is PLC controlled through the Spiral Control Panel and includes start, stop, pressure switch fault light and air selector switches.
This Belt Washer is constructed of stainless steel with a three (3) chamber design (one rinse chamber and two compressed air chambers) which will clean and dry the spiral belt by providing a combination of rinse and wash cycles. Detergent can be dispensed during the wash cycle.
A high velocity air knife provides partial drying of the belt after washing. The system comes complete with two (2) water pumps, water filter, water storage tank, air knife with blower unit and is PLC controlled. A solenoid actuated fill line, including high and low level sensors, ensures proper fill level through the PLC based system. Cycle times and duration as well as detergent volume can be customized to production needs.
The Spiral C.I.P. System will clean the “hard to reach” spiral frame work such as the inside of the belt support system as well as the track wear strip from the inside out. The system provides a combination of rinse and wash cycles. Detergent can be dispensed during the wash cycle. The system comes complete with two cage mounted spray manifolds, water pumps, water filter, water storage tank and is PLC controlled. Cycle times and duration as well as detergent volume can be customized to production needs.
